    Never been so devastated for a child to save there money to buy a present for there mother to recieve a empty, box 67 emails between us, to be given a refund to then be rejected at last hurdle, then given automated emails. Returned to new conversation to be fobbed off again, never in my life has this happened feel for the bairn.

    Would like to thank the girl who served us on the till at around 4:30 today (30/11/24). Didn’t catch her name but had glasses (think they were tortoise shell), brown hair and a grey jacket. Gave us great service and we really appreciated it :)

    Got some jordan 1's here for a really good price, they dont sell onto people trying to resell and rip people off and seems all the bad reviews here are all from those scabs. Staff were very friendly and helpful and helped me get what i wanted.

    The size workers are shocking and very rude. They have an attitude for no valid reason and are always very aggressive. Also they only serve pairs to ppl they know or like. Do not recommend going there they are disgusting.

    I waited hours for a pair and they didn’t serve me but they served someone that came after me who they were friends with and they also hide pairs to sell to certain resellers they are friends with. Most corrupt store I’ve seen kmt

    Saw trainers in store but didnt have my size, made it so simple for me to pay for them and next day delivery but 3 days later no sign of the trainers, no contact number to call and the store have washed their hands of the situation. Quick enough to take your money but youre on your own as soon as you walk out the door! Great!
