Super fast click&collect. Huge selection of natural and balance food for cats, dogs, and rats and mice! I bought very nutritious food for my pet mouse. Super friendly stuff :D big parking, easy to find.
Our usual person who clips Mali's nails has moved away. The vets was a bit expensive so we tried Pets and Friends. Mali came out waging her tail and for being such a good girl, we bought Mali lots of treats to take home
Really lovely staff who were happy to help us pick out a few additional bits for our new puppy. Great to be able to ask about a food I had looked into and get useful feedback on it. Little Devon (the iggy) had a blast meeting the staff. Definitely recommend this store!
Just had a fantastic experience in the Bletchley store. We drove 2hrs to visit & were not disappointed. The female & male member of staff (working Tuesday 21st May at 11.30am) were amazing. The gentleman helped us find & fit a new harness set for our big Boxer boy & the lady helped us at the till. Super friendly & knowledgable, a credit to your business. We'll happily drive up again as it was definitely worth the journey. Lovely clean store, well stocked with all our favourite foods & treats for Riley. He had a great time & enjoyed his ice cream.
Honestly one of the nicest trips to any pet shop I have been to. The staff were so nice to myself and my furry girl. It was our 1st trip and I am sorry ladies I cannot remember your names but you were informative and very kind to my old girl Gracie as well to all other visitors in the store. Quality items and a wide range of treats, food, toys and accessories.
Nail clipping regularly for my anxious rescue. Always lovely friendly and tolerant of his moody ways. Absolutely great service. And a well stocked shop too.
Took my elderly cat (who has stopped grooming himself) in to have his fur mats clipped off. They managed to brush them out without needing to clip. He looks so much better. They did a great job Delighted!
I've taken my two English Bulldogs for a full groom to Pets & Friends twice now and on both occasions have been very happy with the results and service. Emily looked after both today and took fantastic care of them.....thank you!
Excellent quality grooming services at very affordable prices. Many thanks to an amazing groomer - Emily. She's a natural with troublesome dogs. Our dog was scheduled for her first grooming appointment (deshedding and wash) and as she is a very noisy and somewhat anxious husky cross we know that she can be hard work. But she warmed up to Emily quite quickly. Very grateful for a fabulous grooming experience.
I have my Dog Groming here and I can say they are more professional then (pets & home) and they grooming is more OK and much better. Plus they respect their appointments and they really are caring with pets
