   I always have a great experience at Pets at Home in Corby. The store is clean, well organised, and fully stocked with a wide range of products for all kinds of pets. The staff are friendly, approachable, and genuinely knowledgeable — they’re always happy to offer advice and help you find exactly what you need. The team clearly care about animal welfare, which really shows in the way they interact with customers and look after the animals in store. Prices are reasonable, and there are often good offers available. Parking is easy and convenient too, making the whole visit stress-free. Highly recommend this store to any pet owner in the area!

   Changed my mind on it now. It's a lovely shop and loads of stuff for small animals and other pets. Can be fussy if you want to buy a small animal like a hamster. And same for a fish as well. I do understand why they have to be. It can be OTT. I do think small animals like rats hamster or gerbil should be at the back of the shop. So they can sleep with out being looked at. Apart from that. It's a lovely shop ☺️

   Been a customer at this shop for over a year. I have never really had a problem with them. As a Pet Club member I regularly buy my little dogs dry food on their click and collect site and they have only been out of stock on a couple of occasions when we were close to needing more. In that event I have shopped around or got his food from Amazon. However over a month ago I was prompted to buy his food on Pets at Home easy repeat. Great I thought, they will send it to me on a regular basis and I won’t need to collect it myself. So I ordered a bag of his food for delivery every 4 weeks starting in four weeks time sure in the knowledge he would have a regular supply without me having to shop around. Wrong! When the time came for the delivery I was sent a text with an email telling me they were out of stock and with no delivery date when I would get it. On a hunch I got on to my usual click and collect site for this shop and they had it on the shelf and I collected it just over an hour later. So much for easy repeat. I cancelled that straight away.

   Sadly I will be going into the store tomorrow to complain bitterly about the quality of their fish. Twice in the last 10 days I bought fish, 6 rummy noses followed by 4 plennies. Over the last 3 days I have lost 21 fish through an unknown disease. Fish I have had for 5 years all dead on Christmas eve, Christmas day or boxing day. The only thing that changed was the introduction of these fish. Not only that but I had to wait ages to be served!!! Turns out it was white spot, highly contagious, came with the rummy noses.

   Went to the Corby store this morning. An older lady served us and was incredibly rude and disrespectful to my sister. I’ve never seen anybody spoken to so rudely by a staff member. Absolutely disgusting and won’t shop there ever again. Will be contacting their head office.
