   Thank you so much for looking after Martha. She is nervous with grooming and this was her first visit, she had been going to another groomers who retired so we were all a bit apprehensive. We were given advise on what appointment to take so she didnt get stressed out. She was looked after so well and looked gorgeous when we picked her up. Excellent service, we will definitely be back, thank you

   Took my dogs to get their nails cut today, one of them has really bad anxiety but I was so impressed with Lucy and how calm she made her feel. She took her time and was really patient and understanding that not all dogs are the same. Definitely recommend Lucy to anyone who has anxious dogs , she really has a special way with them and kind and caring too.

   I took my dog in here today and was very disappointed with the service received. It seemed clear from the start the employee was hesitant to groom my dog because he is a German Shepherd and had not been in a groomers before but I feel she could have at least attempted more than applying some water to his rear before calling me five minutes later to collect him as she had decided not to attempt anything else. Surely they are trained to deal with large breeds and first time visitors? Not impressed and certainly won’t be returning.

   We took our retriever for his full long haired groom yesterday. Absolutely impressed with how they handled him as he was quite nervous. After the pampering he came out looking even more handsome! Many thanks to the girls at corby you did an amazing job.

   Brilliant service everytime. Our rescue was initially nervous when he came to us, and also doing new things, like grooming. Becca as the Groom Room was fab with him, and hes now quite happy to go there and is good with all staff there..
