   Fantastic service from a wonderful young woman (I think Ciara was her name? Or Cira?) We had been let down by Debenhams told a dress would arrive but it didn't for my daughter to go see wicked. Explained this to her (the night before the show) and nothing was too much effort. She picked out a ton of dresses to choose from, and showed genuine interest in helping me. To top it off, we got this dress for £60 cheaper than the original from Debenhams! Thank you so much xx

   Went to the robin park store in Wigan to look at the Christmas sales. Spent a lot of time and money in your store. I then received a parking fine, I rang this store for help to be told that they couldn’t help me. Therefore I will not be shopping here again as I am not a valued customer!

   Visited the store to collect item from order online and also brouse mens suits for cruise holiday. During our visit we was introduced to Frank by another member of staff, and WOW, did Frank DELIVER !! Frank offered great support and guidance whilst we picked what we thought was right, however Frank offered brilliant alternatives in a truely respect full manner. Frank completely respected our needs as a customer, but the customer care and product style knowledge he demonstrated was INCREDIBLE ! Frank is a great ambassador for the NEXT brand, a real asset to the TEAM. Great work Frank, you completely satisfied us a NEXT customer during our visit.    Frank from the men’s department is a absolute star! I went in this week after a suit but no idea of size or what style I wanted Not only was he a huge help in finding my size and colour etc but he stayed 45 mins over his finish time to get me sorted Absolute credit to the store he is!
