    Really slow service, every time I go there's only one person serving, a queue which is either out the door or right up to it and it takes about 15 minutes to collect your order.

    Now I going tell a story for you all about how the staff are this site (specifically Hollie) have saved my friends day. It's starts with John on his way back from France on the ferry, while boarding his alternator belt breaks After some phone calls I made here in the UK, Hollie picks up and proceeds to do absolutely everything she can to help the situation and in the end has made it so that John and his 3 year old and 7 month pregnant fiancé are able to make home another 3 hours north of Portsmouth. Hollie was patient and informative and everything we could have ever hoped for. Hollie if your reading this, you have restored a bit of faith in humanity for me and I/we can't thank you enough. Euro car parts, you should be proud of the staff at this site.

    Sunday 22 june 25 10:45. Miserable young lad working. Had apple ear phone in while serving. No service with a smile. Looked like he didn’t want to be there. Poor service.

    Stood on my own In the shop with a guy in the office looking at me for 15mins nobody came out to serve. Phoned ahead and was told my part would be in at 4pm. Asked for a MAF and gave part number and arrived to find total wrong part. Waste of time
