Staff are friendly and very knowledgeable and the parts are reasonably priced and either available on the day or the next day if required.

Bought new wipers for my countrymen today . Could I fix them NO! really nice man put them on for me. So helpful, polite and cheerful . Would highly recommend.
Poor customer service, staff are rude and unhelpful and make you feel stupid. Even when phoning in they are rude and don’t seem interested
The Staff here are I have found to be very helpful and very knowledgeable. If they haven't got what you want in stock then they can usually get it for you the next day or often if you contact them early enough - get your part that afternoon. There are a good number of Motor Factors on the Island - but SES is ALWAYS my go to FIRST. I have been in twice this week and they are as busy as ever - but not too busy to look after me.
