Unfortunately awful experience. Our order what was placed a month ago still hasnβt arrived, no information being given about possible delivery date or any sort of apology. Asked if I could get a refund first over the phone if I order the stuff what we need online and the sales assistant ladyβs reply was oh the boss is away on holiday so the answer is NO! Next morning spoke to the same lady who started to talk to my mother in law and to myself in a really unpleasant way and rolled her eyes and after we asked for a refund her answer was the same as the day before βoh the boss is awayβ After we assume a manager came over who would give us the refund ( talking about Β£30 not even a huge amount of money ) but no apology. Unfortunately really bad experience and not going to return even though we are living in the same town.

Shop is meant to open at 9:00am......I understand delays, people running late etc. After waiting near 15 mins for the shop assistant to finally open shop to greet us who was waiting g rudely....not even an excuse or apology. Didn't even apologise and nearly knocking over my 2 year old when running past us to open shop is disgusting manners.....think the power has went to her head. I must say to the girl behind the till was lovely and apologised on the older ladies behave. Manners cost nothing....hope the older shop assistant learns from this and becomes a better role model.

Order was confirmed, but no delivery information given. When l emailed five days later to enquire about when delivery would be expected., the order was cancelled as they had no stock. I received a refund, but no apology. Not Happy!!!!

Placed an order, it was cancelled without any acknowledgement. Emailed to find out why it was cancelled and not refunded and the reply I got was βRing this number and ask for Adam, he will sort outβ. No βthanks for your emailβ no βsorry to hear thatβ. Honestly worst customer service I have ever received. Avoid.

Item took nearly two weeks to arrive and had evidently been used (the packaging was damaged and parts were missing). When I called there was no apology and I was just told to return the item. As this was a present I could not wait for another two weeks so have purchased from another retailer (who managed to get it to me in two days!!). Suffice to say I would not recommend this seller.....

Went in to learn about 3-1 travel sets, the assistant's product knowledge was excellent and so friendly, especially for expectant parents who weren't too sure about products.

I can absolutely recommend this store as the staff are extremely helpful & their customer service is second to none. I had bought my pram & had some manufacturing issues - these were outside the control of the shop, however on each occasion we were dealt with in the most courteous manner & at all times they kept us informed of what was happening. Definitely 5* service.
