Used to go in here back in the day, when we used to go n stay with my uncle jimmy(holden). Am from Liverpool n got some lovely memories stayin in fareham. ❤️
Went to this pub after a Works Xmas do at the Harvester and regretted even bothering, the carpets were sticky with spilled drinks, trodden in food etc and didn't smell very nice at all. I had one drink to be polite but left very soon after. The pool table was a no go area full of rowdy drunk people and so was the garden. Safe to say i won't be going in there any time soon.
Went in to watch the football. Turns out they were streaming it so was about 3 minutes behind. Ended up watching it on my phone. It was busy and the floor was sticky. Not very pleasant to be honest
I always have fun there dancing and have never seen any trouble. Staff are super friendly x x
Just like to say that it's called the Good Intent (G.I.) now. I found it a bit 'old school'. A lad's pub you might say. Which I like, I hasten to add. Full of real character and characters. One in particular. A welsh tramp called Garry.. So engaging.
