Paul and Lily were so helpful and helped me and my partner pick the most perfect bunnies! They were so knowledgeable and patient. Helped me pick up the right food, hay, cage etc. We have two of the cheekiest, sweetest additions to the family thanks to them!
Love this store! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, who are always willing to help with anything. The animals are always clean. When they are unwell the staff clearly give them medical support BEFORE selling them. They have been very helpful selling me the numerous animals I’ve brought from them!
Sofia helped me with buying some fish today. Young white English lady who was a pleasure to talk to. I would specifically visit again to see and speak to again. Company's NEED these type of people working for them. Most companies underestimate the value of these people. Sofia was a joy! Thank you for being you. Picked up some dog treats and a replacement ball. Massive store with various brands, great for dogs! Also has other sections for pets including a supplies for pet food, toys, equipment & insurance, plus small animals, fish & reptiles. Holly and Chris were very helpful and really went the extra mile in finding what I needed. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting specialist food and top quality treats.
Our favourite pets at home, the doctors are very knowledgeable and have helped our puppy every time. The staff in the shop are helpful and kind. We always go shopping there. Highly recommending the Bletchley branch.
Well looked after store and friendly staff, but I find the prices for grain free wet dog food really expensive for a Jack Russell sized dog, I've been buying the Winalot bulk sized 40 pouches from home bargains for £9.99, why can't you stock these type of price dog food?
We'd been to the Milton Keynes earlier that day to find something and stock up on a few bits. Not only did they not have what we were looking for, they also didn't have some of our pup's favourite treats in. When we visited this one a few hours later, they had exactly what what we were looking for and also all the treats our pup loves. So we thoroughly stocked up what we needed from them. Proof that the bigger store is not always the better store!
