I stood in the trainer section holding a shoe for at least 10 minutes being completely ignored by 4 members of staff who had a chat while 1 rolled a cigarette.
My son wanted to buy 12/13 QPR away kit match worn and there was none in stock. Employee named gavin was clueless. I went to try on a box in cricket and they made me buy it awfterwards its so woke.
Just got really good customer service from a guy called Bob working on men's shoes. Good customer service is a rare thing nowadays so it was a refreshing surprise!
Lots of items on sale but store can feel overwhelming with lots of items all over. Service for trainers can be slow but they do seem run off their feet

A vast choice of sports equipment but the music they were playing ovet the pa system was like being tortured. I couldn't wait to get out of the store.
Feel sorry for the poor staff that work here must be extremely unpleasant. Awful lady upstairs I can only assume is apart of management talking to a young staff member like rubbish then when it came to been served on the till by her she was rude and offhand. Horrible shopping experience
Very unprofessional store, the so called customer representative manager very rude and had no clue on how to deal with customers. The items they sale are rubbish and the brands you buy are not authentic. When I returned a defective item with lose stiches they claimed that this is a norm for the store and what they will do is cut the lose stiches and place it back in stock. So, when you go buying something in that store assume that that you'll buy an item that might be someone else's returned rubbish. And think twice before buying anything, as because they only sale rubbish and fake items they have a policy that won't let you get your money back. If you respect yourself do yourself a favour and don't buy anything there, as you'll get rubbish items and will have to deal with rude and unprofessional staff.
Great shop. I went in today looking for some tracksuit bottoms and they had a very wide range with great prices. They even offer a changing room so you can try the product before you buy, this was perfect as I had no idea what size I would need. Staff were available and scattered all around the store, I didn't need help but good to know that are available if needed. Will be returning again.
