   Dropped my road bike in for a long overdue service. The lads were brilliant and extremely accommodating with agreeing to store the bike after the service as I work away. Straight away the mechanic explained what was wrong with the bike and what was needed. I recieved a call and went to pick the bike up. The price I paid was very good for the work completed and also that the Di2 was updated and has never been updated which I never knew about. Just took it out for a very short ride, the squeak had gone, it feels a lot better to ride. Great service and a decent price

   Absolutely fabulous service at Velosport Cleethorpes. Both Martin and Graham were very helpful in getting me get one of the first Pinarello X7 in Lincolnshire. Unfortunately I did not realise that Velosport are official Pinarello dealers until after I had wasted my time in visiting Pinarello at Manchester, who could not get me a X7 in my size and colour with less than a 12 week delivery window. Martin got me one within 4 weeks. And, threw in a load of extras. They also have some beautiful bikes in stock with great deals. I can confidently recommend them and assure you that you will get not only great customer service, but also a great deal. Thank you Martin and Graham

   A cosy cycle shop that packs a punch! Top Three reasons to visit: 1. Cycle to work scheme 2. Vast knowledge and excellent customer care 3. Beautiful bikes We were in the market for new bikes, my wife told me of a shop she found so we went in. The two guys that work there being their own knowledge base to the table and have their own ways of dealing with customers which is good as they will appeal to all personalities. We didn’t expect to walk away with two Specialized electric bikes but we are glad we did! It has the feel of a very large company but they go the extra mile adding more character and time with the buyer. They set my wife’s new bike up lovely and we had so much fun riding home!    I trust this bike shop. Mechanics. I recommend them. Good value. Whenever my bike needs to be in service or for a repair, I take it with me to here for it to be had a looked at. Not overly friendly, but still honest and trusted men. | Do I still like them men? Yes (strongly agree with enthusiasm). Also, do they treat you in the way that you and everybody else in the world should except to deserve to be treated in at all times, as well? Yes (agree).

   Did a great job in rebuilding Yeti as the frame was cracked on my hardtail so bought another 2nd hand full suspension frame a yeti 525 Martin swoped all the running gear off the old bike and replaced some of the worn parts . Now the bike has been brought back to life again . A big thank you to both brothers.

   Over lockdown we ordered my son a new MTB. Due to the current logistical problems the pandemic has brought and the fallout from the Suez incident our original order was delayed. The team at Velosport kept me updated at all times and even offered alternatives when they became available. This family business have been unfaltering in their attempts to ensure my son got his bike ready for the summer holidays. Their service was so good I’ve bought 2 more since. Thank you chaps.
