Great communication throughout and I was surprised at how quickly the repair was done, especially with Christmas and that. The final repair is perfect - can't recommend them highly enough

   Excellent service, I would keep with my insurance knowing that they use this company. Caroline and Karen were great, kept me informed as to what was happening and so very friendly. Stewart the driver who picked up my car and dropped off the courtesy car was a star. Explained how the car worked, was reassuring and when he brought my car back explained what had been done. Chatty, polite and friendly. Great job also done by the team, no longer looks like I ran over a fox which damaged the bumper and more. Thank you all so much.

   From first walking through the door at Saxon Cars I was looked after, Andy recommended using an accident management company which took care of everything. A thorough handover and explanation of work carried out was conducted and my car was as good as new. I hope I don't need them again but if I do they will be the first call. Thanks again

   Excellent service all round. I got in contact on Monday to request a repair (needed a new bumper and wheel arch) and an appointment was swiftly booked for today (Friday). Dealt with Andy throughout and he was nothing but friendly, helpful and professional, and even went the extra mile to find out if they were on the ‘approved repairers’ list of my insurance company. Really impressed with the whole team at Chichester Cars and will absolutely be recommending far and wide, and will return should my car need future repairs.

   I went to Chichester Cars Ltd for insurance claim repairs and they gave excellent service. Courteous, professional and helpful staff turned the repairs to bodywork and bumper round in a few days. The car was valeted and returned in beautiful condition. Very impressed and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

   Originally went to Chichester cars to get an alloy wheel straightened. During the process they slightly damaged the alloy wheel. They took full responsibility and offered to fully re coat the wheel at their expense. However instead I got them to do all 4 with a discount in a new colour and couldn’t be happier with the result! Great service all round

   Amazing service! Got my alloys powder coated for the second time at Chichester Cars, first time in gloss black for an Audi A3 and second time to dark grey for a BMW 3 series. The second time round, the colour I selected was Tesla black which came up in a slight blue tint as I got the satin version over the gloss that was on display. It didn’t really match my car as it’s black so Chichester Cars Ltd immediately offered to recolour the alloys free of charge to a colour I would be happy with. The recommendation they gave me for the new colour was perfect and I could not be happier with how my alloys look now! Every time the alloys were done to a very high standard and flawless. Highly recommend.

   Took my Audi A5 in late on a Friday (02/09/22) with a bit of chrome trim replacement which I'd bought but couldn't fit. They swapped it over and got off a paint scuff which had been bugging me in preparation for me selling it. They charged me nothing! Excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend giving them a go. I will be for future work.

   Got my wheels refurbished and powder coated. Here is a picture of my car with the ‘Dark Shadow Chrome’. To say I am happy is an understatement, really good service with these guys and a great family run company. I would 100% recommend anyone who needs their wheels refurbished/powder coated to come down to these guys. 10/10 will be coming back again.
