   Went to get a new pair of shoes from the Beverley branch and was assisted by Jade. She was Superb in both her helpfulness and friendliness. In the event I was not able to get shoes to fit after having a pair ordered in by Jade but I was still much impressed by the manner in which Jade dealt with me. She is on my opinion a credit to Clark’s.

   Disappointing experience today. Booked for two kids to be measured then found the third had grown out of their shoes. Woman at Clarks in Beverley was utterly unprepared to help, despite there being plenty of time left in the booking slot. We bought shoes elsewhere in the end - Clarks are a bit pricey anyway, so without the strong customer service they’re just not worth the price.
