Such kind, helpful team of people. They will really do their best to help, so polite, will advise where necessary and explain what they are doing when you take your car in for a seasinal check if you are a member. I trust them and have been a member now 2yrs becauce of their professionalism and thwir care for me as a customer.
Had a new battery fitted by Will and served by Jamie. They are two very friendly and helpful young men and saved us money by offering member benefits. They were both so pleasant and genuinely kind that we wanted to speak to the manager to compliment them but couldn’t find him. Excellent service, prompt and easy to arrange. Absolutely 5+ star to laura and Kev i went in with a simple battery change but my car decided it was having none of it!.. Between laura and kev who made sure everything was done properly got everything working again which took a good couple of hours or even more, neither of them grumbled they went far and beyond to find the fault and fixed it and made sure everything on my vehicle left in perfect condition. Highly recommend thank you guys very much ❤️

We accessed the easy to use device in store, (it's probably on their website as well), to make sure we bought the correct battery for our car. Steve, kindly arranged for Chris to fit it for us. As well as signing us up to Halfords Motoring Club Membership, which enabled us to a £5 voucher off the battery price and also a free 10 point check on our car. Everyone was so kind and efficient including Laura who dealt with the transaction. Great Team Work and service. Thank you
