1. Hard up garage ★☆☆☆☆

   Quite literally the worst experience I’ve ever had first of all met with a guy in reception who I can only describe as very unhelpful slightly boring and in no way shape or form wanted to help or have any compassion with my situation. I told him I was a like-minded gentleman also a qualified mechanic yet he still tried to sell me the most expensive tire he had in stock Over £120 for a 2011 Renault Clio. I feel that he looked at me as a quick way of earning some money instead I opted for a taxi and took the car to fareham Tyres on Gosport Road who quoted me £57 including VAT. So just add this up if you want your car repaired properly on time and a price is competitive I would avoid Protyre Segwnsworth like the plague. Also, maybe they should invest some money on their staff people skills the receptionist cares nothing more than earning money and not smiling. I would avoid this and go to Fareham Tyres because they are some great guys at Fareham Tyres I mean, not at Pro and Segensworth will never be coming back.

   The only tyre shop I trust to work on my car. Paul and the team are friendly, knowledgeable, professional, honest and their prices are good value. Their new workshop is clean and bright, the waiting area is comfortable and there's a screen showing your car being worked on, which demonstrates a level of confidence in their practice. They work with care in an industry where far too often it's obvious there's no pride taken in the work whatsoever. I'm delighted they've made a successful move from their Wickham location - their success is well earned.

   I ordered 255/35/20 tyres for my Tesla Model 3 Performance (with stock 20-inch wheels) through BlackCircles, with the fitting booked at Protyre Segensworth. The fitting date was confirmed, but a few days later the shop cancelled the booking, saying they couldn’t fit the tyres on that date. After contacting BlackCircles customer service, I managed to reschedule another appointment for a few weeks later, which Protyre again confirmed. On the day, I arrived 20 minutes early, but they didn’t start working on the car until over an hour later. Then, to my surprise, they told me they couldn’t fit the tyres because they were slightly wider than the original 235/35/20 size and supposedly not rated for EVs. Their reasoning made little sense, the Tesla Model 3 Performance (1839 kg) is actually lighter than many petrol performance cars like the Mercedes C63 (2111 kg) or BMW M3 xDrive (1995 kg). These tyres and sizes are commonly used and recommended by the Tesla community, with no issues whatsoever. What’s most frustrating is that Protyre didn’t notify me in advance, they had the tyres for weeks but never mentioned they wouldn’t fit them. Had they done so, I would have gone elsewhere and avoided wasting an entire day. This delay also messed up my MOT plans, as I specifically booked new tyres before the test. Overall, the experience was a complete waste of time, with poor communication, unhelpful staff, and zero accountability. I definitely would not recommend Protyre Segensworth to Tesla owners or other EV owners or anyone expecting professionalism, reliability and cares about their valuable time.

   Just returned from Protyre Sedgenworth with a fresh MOT. It was easy to book an appointment and at a very competitive price. I waited for the car in their new premises and thoroughly enjoyed the excellent coffee whilst I waited. I thoroughly recommend this unit as its an easy location to attend and parking is stress free. Thank you Paul and your team and I will be back next year if not before.

   I’ve had nothing but the best service from the Tyre and Auto team in Wickham. I had my MOT today and had arranged for two new tyres. The guys are always really happy and gave me advice about different tyres and recommended a set. They also called me to inform me about my break pads and disks, all changed and for what I think is a very reasonable price. Brilliant service. Thanks again!

   Very good service and MOT at a reasonable price. Some small issues with the boot area where the spare tyre was located and not secured properly and a broken catch lying in the boot. I don't like being asked to give 5 star reviews guys, it's very tacky, if you provide a good service you shouldn't need to ask for 5 star reviews!

   Had a pair of front tyres fitted to my car, which I had bought on line and arranged delivery and fitting at this centre. I had already paid online, so I just dropped the car off to pleasent man in reception who took my number. It was sunny so I went sat in the park over the road. 1hr 20 min later I got a call to say car was done, so I wandered back over and collected it, hassle free. I've knocked a star off becuase of the location, which is shared with a petrol station. This means it can be a bit hectic, parking is at a premium and there didn't seem to have been a waiting area should the weather have been bad but this does not deter from the good service I received.
