   I was extremely disappointed, I walk with a stick and I can't bend down, I needed some boots the staff in there just stood about and didn't help in any shape or form. The staff certainly need to go on a Customer Care course, ,

   I purchased a pair of sandals in June in readiness for a holiday in July. The stitching gave way within 3 weeks of me wearing them. The assistant was very nice and even though I didnt have my receipt I was able to choose another pair. We are now another 4 weeks on and I have worn the sandals alot as they are so comfy but the sole has become detached from the shoe. I have yet to take them back but I will be doing. These are not £9.99 cheap sandals however, even if they were I would expect them to last longer then a month. very disappointed.

   Great service from. The store manager, they didn't have the shoes we needed in stock, but he offered to order them to my house at no extra cost. The shoes look great and are very good quality, and a great price, perfect for my wedding. Very nice guy. Will be using them again.

   I visited Deichman in Grimsby today, the selection of shoes was very impressive and I chose a pair I wanted to try on. The assistant was quite abrupt with me when I asked about the sizing and if she could get me the size I wanted. She came back with them then disappeared and left me wandering around the shop for quite some time feeling like an idiot. I didn't see said shop assistant again and ended up being served by another assistant who I couldn't understand and had to keep asking him to repeat himself. However I really loved the shoes and purchased them, which to be honest if I didn't I would've walked straight out of the shop never to return. Maybe more staff training is needed!
