Highly recommend. Fantastic service, very reasonably priced. They certainly know their stuff here and they are always happy to help, even on minor motor concerns. Personally I wouldn't go anywhere else. Excellent.
I often bring my car here for any work that needs doing on it and every time I do the staff are friendly and professional, and know their stuff!
Had my car booked in for MOT. No phone call to update me. Had to call myself at end of day. Told it had failed. Could be spark plugs and dirt on back breaks, when I asked how much to repair was told about £30-£40 will let me know. No call back. Called them next day. Told still waiting will call back to update. No call back. Rang again on third day for an update, was told just putting back through MOT, will call back with an update. Later that day text message come through with an £180 bill. On collection I asked why I wasn't phoned to give a quote for works to be done and the option of if I wanted to go ahead, I got a blaze attitude from receptionist. It is what it is. We was busy so just went ahead with work because we thought you would want it done. And we did you a good deal. To me I felt I was given no choice. Please be aware of this. I would not recommend.
We recently purchased a mini cooper. But sadly the sunroof decided to open but not close. Due to the change in weather. I took it to deans and he was absolutely brilliant took the car in the same day and resolved the issue for us. And put my wife's mind at ease. Highly recommend. Great service and value.
Phoned on the off chance they could fit me in for a service the same day and they managed to squeeze me in which was amazing. I received text messages on booking in and when my car was ready they were very straight forward with their findings. As an added bonus my car now smells nice thanks to one of their complimentary air fresheners. Will definitely be returning in the future.
Booked a job 5 week in advance, when I got there on the booked day and time I have got told they over booked on the day and didn’t have time for my car so dean then re arranged my booking for next week for more suitable day, which was today, dropped my car off 9 in the morning and when I went to pick it up this afternoon to only be told it’s not done, because they couldn’t get the part, which was a wheel bearing or just the wheel stud, and find a dog in my car, which I don’t even put my own dog into, and they said they can get the part in for tomorrow but won’t have the time to do it till after Christmas, thank you so helpful !!
