Recent bereavement of a longstanding customer of this company, called to update them and had planned to book in annual MOT for vehicle but found staff member very cold and indifferent in response, not even a "sorry" Personally, put off a company that does not offer basic manners or customer service. Decided to take our business elsewhere instead.

A garage that I can trust. I’ve been using Drayton MOT Centre for more years than I can remember. Steve and his crew have been doing my various cars MOT’s and repairs for years. The only down side is that they no longer provide a pick up and drop off service. However that has not deterred me from continuing to use them.
Great service, friendly and helpful. Said they would need car overnight for MOT and cambelt change but all done in same day at a competitive price. Very happy customer
I cannot recommend these guys enough. They are always happy to help, reasonably priced and open and honest in all that they do for your vehicle. They give the best customer service and are a great local business. I have used them for a number of years.

Excellent, honest and quick service from the team here. Two of my cars receive service and MOTs and they're both completed within 3 hours of dropping off, with the exact scope of work completed. Can highly recommend.
Had a very bad experience at this place. Went there to change the 'indicator knob switch' of my Toyota Aygo. They Quoted £250(parts and labour). I thought that was a bit expensive for just the knob. Phoned Toyota and booked an appointment (Parts:£98 and labour:£50). The mechanic was also very annoyed and irritated when I asked him to show me the exact parts that needs changing. He eventually did it , but tried to open a different car(Aygo: different colour) with my key thinking that it is mine. Makes me wonder if they have even checked my car before that ( They did not forget to charge £18 for diagnosing the problem, when I went there with a faulty indicator knob). Wanted to try this centre as this is very close to where I live, but I will never use them again and will definitely advice my friends to do the same. Poor customer service...
These guys are honest and great value for money. Full service and MOT done for £280 - cheaper than my usual place. They also pointed out a number of areas I should look into before my next MOT and I was really grateful as these were jobs I could do myself and save a few quid. Excellent communication throughout; I would recommend them.
