   Brought my first car from this garage, and incredibly happy! Was looking for a car for a few weeks and really struggling to find one, my mum was out looking for me one night and stumbled upon this garage finding the exact same car as hers (which I've always loved!) The next day my mum asked about it and organised a test drive. When we arrived they were already cleaning the car, Scott came for a test drive with myself and my mum and he was great! Very informative about the car, made sure I was happy it included a service/mot prior to buying it, they helped sort the tax for me and Scott even delivered the car to my door and paired my phone with the car! Thankyou so much Scott it was a great experience for buying my first car - you were all great! :D highly recommend this garage!

   I recently purchased a car from Scott at MOT & Service world in Fareham. Scott was really friendly and made the purchase of my new car and the trade in of my old car really simple. I found the car staff and owners of the garage really friendly too. Scott kept in contact with me throughout and made sure I understood what I needed to do to trade my car in stress-free. My new car was in lovely condition when I collected it. It was thoroughly cleaned ( twice), had a fresh MOT and when I asked for a small mark on the car to be looked at Scott and the team didn't hesitate to help sort it for me. What I respected most from Scott was his honesty about defects on the paintwork, which in all honesty were very minor and I can hardly see them. I feel like I've driven away with a brand new car. I would highly recommend this garage for their friendliness & professionalism. Thank you Scott for a great experience.

   Fantastic garage. Really friendly and helpful staff and really trustworthy. Took my car in with an issue, didn't charge me for having a look and doing some basic initial diagnostics and then gave me advice given the findings. After issues with my previous local garage, it's super refreshing. I will be taking my car there going forwards without a doubt.

   Lacking a full time receptionist so they are difficult to get hold of on the phone, sometimes had to wait for a mechanic to appear in the reception area after waiting 10 minutes ..... Customer service and parking could be improved.
