Staff are great it's just that there is poor stock and no regularity regarding the availability of certain foods.

We came to get a cage and bits for a fancy mouse we are collecting tomorrow know nothing about looking after a mouse but had some amazing information from one of the staff members called Keith he was very knowledgeable and helped us out loads would like to say a big thank you to him
Shop fine if a little untidy. But all the child trollies are thick with mould. Clearly not been cleaned in a long time if ever. Do not feel safe putting a child in here. Disgusting.
Use the Groom Room mostly. Lovely ladies who my fussy Chihuahua accepts, which is a high recommendation from him

Was served by a girl with glittery green Christmas headband and brown hair today, forgot to ask her name but she was super friendly and really helpful. Store is always very tidy, animals well maintained and fish tanks clean. Really good range of stock. Staff know their stuff, always very cheerful and take time to answer questions.
Amazing customer service, always makes me and Odin feel very welcome. Odin loves that he gets treats and they know his name. ☺
