Darrell and his team were amazing. I have a family member with additional needs and we’re really accommodating about getting my car back to me as soon as possible.
Service was the best I have had from a KwikFit branch. Due to previous bad experiences at another branch I had been reluctant to use KwikFit again, but need an urgent fix and the Waterlooville branch could fit me in on short notice. After this service, I will definitely come back!

It saddens me to write this but my recent experience's of booking work here was poor..Firstly I was given a quote for work which was inaccurate. Secondly my appointment for booked work was cancelled not once, but twice, meaning lost work and considerable inconvenience…I ended up getting work done elsewhere,… this follows my wife's car windows being left open in the rain after her MOT last year. I have spent a lot of money here and been a loyal customer over the years but I cant see me returning. Shame
I've been using kwikfit for a while now since I had a bad experience with my dealer. On several occasions I've needed urgent work or an urgent diagnosis, and they have been brilliant, carrying out the work immediately and putting my mind at rest. Took my car in for a service and MOT and due to a breakdown in communication, things didn't go too well, but the centre manager phoned me and the problem was sorted out immediately. I will continue to use Kwik Fit for all my mechanical needs for the foreseeable future. A very professional company.

Helpful person in the office, good tyres at a reasonable price.. But, my car was on a jack for an hour without much work being done, slow service after a reasonable initial time estimate All in all, though, they were willing and able to fit me in.
Appointments was booked for 4:30 for a single tyre replacement. When arriving at 4:20 I was advised that it would be 45mins till it would be ready. When returning at 5:30 I found my car parked in the same position as I left it and having not had the tyre changed yet. When walking in to reception the man that had taken my keys and told me the wait time asked how he could help. When saying I'd returned for my car he relised it had yet to be done and said it would be in within 5mins. He walked through to the shop and within a minute my car was being taken in and tyre chanced. Was left feeling like my car had been forgotten about and not departing with my car until 2hrs later.
Great customer service. Staff really friendly and helpful. Went in to have 4 new tyres and they were done in no time at all. Fast and efficient
