Fantastic service again today from Nita and her team. Today I had my regular visit to the hygienist and as usual the whole process and treatment was very professional. I would strongly recommend this practice to anyone.
There is always a lovely reception from Lesley. She is helpful, very patient and keeps you informed. Nita is calm and gives you confidence in the treatments. The surgery has up to date equipment and the latest treatments. My only concern is the continuous changing of the Hygenists. I never feel that I am getting the same care or advice twice. Although I don’t relish dental appointments, I do have confidence in Nita and Lesley! I have been a patient since Nita started in Emsworth. Thank you
I love the all team . Dr Nita Gupta it very gently ,and perfectionists I did not even noticed when my root was out and implant was placed in. Also, always before any procedure Dr Nita explain in details what and how she plan to do the job. All team follow infection control procedures. Over all it was excellent experience.
I cannot praise enough the service I have received from this practice. The premises are very clean and airy. I am warmly greeted by everyone. The level of dental expertise is above par excellence. All aspects of the process of diagnosis and the actual treatment are extensively explained to me. The end result of having the treatment is outstanding and throughout the whole process I was entertained by my dentist! Finally I should like to particularly name Lesley, receptionist, and Dr Lisa, dentist. But thank you to all the team. Sir Keir Starmer if only the NHS could emulate this model.

I have had two implants from Nita in 2021 to replace extractions. The initial consultation and implantation itself went extremely well. I had some issues with somw discomfort after, with one of my implants, but Nita went to great efforts to investigate the issue. One of the things I have been most impressed by is how flexible and responsive the surgery can be. You won't often have to wait long for an appointment!
As soon as I walked through the door I was met with smiling faces, which continued in the waiting area and subsequently on to entering the treatment room. Nita explained everything she was doing very clearly and answered all of my questions, making me feel relaxed and comfortable. We then discussed a treatment plan in order to get the desired result I want, with a number of different options and cost levels. Nita’s knowledge and professionalism, as with the other members of the team, is clear to see and it is reassuring to know that I am in very capable hands.
Nita and her team were absolutely excellent, very professional and reassuring. They made me feel very comfortable throughout the process of tooth extraction and implantation of a replacement tooth. Everything was explained to me at each stage of my treatment and the staff were wonderful and very caring. A special mention to F1 for her excellent support throughout the process. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone.
