   My experience with this clinic was extremely disappointing and left me without a comfortable denture after months of stress. I came in specifically requesting a denture technology I have successfully worn for 15 years. The practitioner disregarded my preference and steered me toward an alternative technology of their recommendation, which proved to be a critical mistake. The initial denture was a terrible fit, had noticeably different-sized teeth on opposing sides, and the colour did not match my existing teeth. The replacement denture, while fitting correctly, retained the issues of wonky teeth sizing and incorrect colour. The denture quickly developed a persistent rough texture. Despite explaining that I was using the cleaner adviced by the clinic with the exact same ingredients as the cleaner I'd used successfully for 15 years, the roughness returned after every polish. The practitioner then insisted I buy a new, expensive cleaner (£40) with identical ingredients to my current cleaner, and when that failed, became quite abrupt and dismissive, going on to suggest only soap and water. As the roughness continued, both the practitioner and the receptionist began to accuse me of being the problem, suggesting I was somehow using the denture incorrectly, despite strictly following their contradictory advice. My concern that the replacement denture itself might be faulty was completely ignored, even though, the initial, faulty fit denture remained perfectly smooth using the exact same cleaning procedure. I was eventually issued a refund, which, while appreciated, left me stressed and without a necessary denture. Compounding this, after finding a new provider who advised that my old, existing denture needed a professional polish, this clinic (the only local place offering the service) refused to perform the service, despite offering it to other customers. This refusal felt extremely unprofessional and vindictive. Both my new provider and the manufacturers of the cleaning solution have adviced me that the solution and cleaning procedure I've used for decades is indeed correct and that I should not have been told otherwise by the natural denture clinic, as proven with the initial faulty fit denture. They were not willing to admit that they (or even the denture manufacturer) could be at fault, instead they opted for the easy route of blaming the customer who had followed their advice to the letter every step of the way. Why would I try to damage my own very expensive denture that I desperately rely on. Madness. I strongly believe there were fundamental quality control issues with the denture provided, and the refusal to take accountability and the dismissive attitude of the staff were deeply upsetting. I felt completely gaslighted and would not recommend this clinic.

   All I can say Graham is best in what he does , very professional! I was looking everywhere to do my dentures but was to far or to expensive I'm glad I found his practice very friendly helpful ,I can not be more grateful and happy now with my wonderful smile and be confident person again done fantastic job highly would recommend to anyone that been in my situation , thank you very much from the bottom of my heart ❤️

   In my late 30s I lost my back teeth and a side one, after getting nhs dentures , which were awful, I payed out for a private dentist, again awful , so I flew to turkey, that’s a mistake!! So coming back from turkey in may after having no dental treatment out there, my confidence was at rock bottom. I realised I’d have to have dentures so done some research and found the natural denture clinic. I was not hoping for much as I’d been let down so many times before. But my 1st app Graham listened to exactly what I wanted, I told him what I don’t like about every other denture I’ve had made, I can imagine I am abit of a fussy customer but also very anxious about getting my teeth right. It wasn’t just my confidence that was affected but also my eating. After 3/4 visits my dentures were complete and I was shocked at how well they fitted and felt straightaway, I had to go back for a little tweak but that was more to do with my bone structure in my gums then the denture itself. And I personally didn’t like a clip on it so asked for that to be removed , which Graham done without hestitation, Going back I didn’t feel uncomfortable as I have been made to feel in the past at previous dentists. I’m still getting use to my dentures but it makes life so much easier when they fit u properly! I couldn’t recommend them enough 1st time I haven’t cried in a dentist in years!!    I cannot thank Graham and Jane enough for their friendly and very professional service in creating my dentures and giving me back my smile and confidence. I was informed on how the process would proceed from the initial consultation and that aftercare would be offered. I can fully recommend this practice for all denture related enhancements. Great music too Graham!
