   Very rude ladies working in there. Incorrect price on shoes so overcharged my mum, very snooty manner when this was pointed out to them. She spent £95 in this store yesterday, this is where she usually buys her boots, yet the way she was spoken to and treated by these two staff members, she will not be shopping there again. Visit was midday 23/11/25. Customer service training would go a long way for these individuals, because they are severely lacking in people skills and basic kindness.

   I was in the garden centre with my family. And before heading out. We went for a visit to Pavers. I wanted to buy my mum some shoes. I approached a member of staff to ask about what we needed. I wasn't sure on size so asked my mum. When mum answered the assistant dismissed my mum like she wasn't there. Saying well excuse me I was talking to this lady not you. When it was obvious me and my mum were both the people asking. After she showed us the area we needed. We promptly left. The assistant was rude and showed a disgusting regard towards us as a customer. We would never enter this Pavers again.

   We were served in Pavers ,Hornsea yesterday by a lady called Jan and have to say the service was wonderful. My wife has mobility issues and often ends up not buying because it becomes too difficult but this lady went back and forth bringing different styles until we had some she liked. This sort of service isn’t available in many places nowadays so felt we had to bring it to the attention of the firm. We

   Excellent customer service and really friendly staff. Great selection of shoes and brands cheaper than the high street. Shop is inside a lovely garden centre that is great to walk around.

   Enquired about new range boots. Pair on shelf was all marked on front. Woman was very rude and impolite. Wont be going there again anytime soon. Lost a few customers now as we all wear sketchers in this house.
