   This dentist is amazing, although now private patients only and no NHS I absolutely highly recommend this dental practice, I’ve been a patient with illeana for around 14+ years & started as nhs patient with her, when she changed practice I changed too as her professionalism & kindness is way above & beyond what you expect from a dental surgeon. Honestly she is “simply the best”! Kind, caring, compassionate & nothing is to much trouble. This dental surgeon is the best Ive ever come across in my 55 years! I recommend to all my friends as honestly I can’t thank her enough for the kindness, compassion & care I’ve received & still do receive. She listens, understands & treats you like a human being.

   The dentists here are excellent professional and highly skilled. However, I was surprised by the recent price increase for the hygienist services. £100 for a 25-minute (Ish) appointment feels excessive, especially when comparable services are available elsewhere for around £65. While I understand that prices can rise over time, this significant increase may deter returning customers. It’s a shame, as I’ve otherwise had very positive experiences with this practice. P.S Your reception staff do lack empathy.

   We are so lucky to find this dental practise recently, with the excellent Mr Binder. We had booked to see the hygienist yesterday and were surprised it was Mr Binder himself. Having never liked hygienists, as they hurt, we were not looking forward to the visit. However, this was a new experience. He uses electronic instruments and they were painless throughout. Finally, some stains I had for years have gone!! Thank you.

   Illeana and all the practice staff were so supportive and understanding when my son with ASD who is hyper sensitive with all of his senses needed a filling for a painful cavity. I'm so grateful for all the thoughtful things they did to help get him a temporary filling in to stop the pain he had been in from turning a noisy fan off to mixing the filling in a different room so the noise didn't affect him. Thank you so much everyone there. Can def recommend this practice as Auti-aware :)

   Arabella has been fantastic and so calming, she tells you exactly what's going to happen and does it with care. After I had an awful experience in another practice, I urgently needed an extraction, she referred me and I got seen the next week, and she fixed my teeth that needed filling. The reception team are incredibly lovely and so efficient with booking appointments. Thank you all so much for your efforts, especially during the pandemic.

   I can honestly say that I was really pleased to find this dental practice. They gave me a quick appointment for a very painful back molar which needed extracting. It was quick and painless and the dentist was very kind. Like the last reviewer, I was pleased to see there was no pushing of further services. I would highly recommend My Dentist, and their prices are a lot more affordable.

   The first time I used MY DENTIST in Ryde I was extremely impressed with the service that I received.The entrance and reception was light and clean. Friendly and welcoming reception staff were on hand upon my arrival. Running on time the dentist was polite, friendly and informative, He simply put in basic terms what the problem was and didn’t complicate the issue. Un like other dentists Ive used he didn’t try and persuade me to buy any of their products and didn’t push for any other further treatments just good and simple advice. I can’t recommend this dental practice enough having previously had the same dentist for 20 years I can safely say I won’t be going anywhere else other than MY DENTIST!
