   If I give 0 I would. Spoke two different people today with two completely different statements. It’s appalling! I just wanted to return a jogger which one female said Iam not allowed to return an item without a reciept! Which clearly said in this company policy you can return an item if you have proof of purchase reciept or bank statement which i had to show the bank statement. She keep saying without a reciept Iam not allowed to return it. Which I asked her if they have a manager I want to speak to. I am Not satisfied at all how the Manager handle this situation as he said that he can help to accept and exchange the item but we need to go back early in the morning as they are busy! Few customers and the till is busy?? Are you blind? And He will help me to accept the item For his goodwill as this is not allowed? You what! Read your policy first where you working .That’s how lazy these few staff in this Hull store! So I went back found the reciept at last! First floor staff were helpful and amazing! Apart from These two staff!!

   Refund policy is unjust and traps you. If you return a product unused and still like brand new with the receipt. You only get a store credit voucher. Please read the policy before buying.

   Was in there Saturday, got ignored by one staff member when I asked the location of changing rooms and then the girl who served me at the till was so un-interested and acted like I was putting her out by making her do what she was getting paid to do. Customer service training required.

   Sports Direct in Hull is a huge store spread over multiple floors. It has a wide range of sports equipment and clothing, as well as a large selection of fitness equipment. The store is well-stocked and the staff are friendly and helpful. I visited the store recently to buy some new running shoes. I was able to find the shoes I was looking for quickly and easily. The staff were happy to help me find the right size and fit. They also gave me some helpful advice on how to choose the right shoes for my needs. I was impressed with the range of products available at Sports Direct. They had everything from footballs and cricket bats to tennis rackets and golf clubs. They also had a wide selection of sportswear, including running shoes, football boots, and cricket whites. The store is well-organized and easy to navigate. The different sports are clearly signposted and the products are neatly displayed. The staff are always willing to help and they are always happy to answer any questions you may have. Overall, I had a very positive experience at Sports Direct in Hull. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for sports equipment or clothing.    Bought shoes from here £40 this week One of the shoes inner sole is not stuck down and one is. I had my receipt shoes not worn and still in its box. Called sports direct they said yes bring it back as its faulty they can give a refund. I brought the shoes to the shop today and they could only offer a gift card even doh it was faulty shoes. The inner sole was not stuck down staff member at desk wouldn't give me her name but i spoke to the supervisor this morning and he couldn't give his name. Your staff has no back bone to stand for what they say. If they was not scared of what they said why are they hiding their name. I wont be coming back to this shop again and neither will my wife. For £40 you have lost 2 customers I will gladly spread the word about my awful experience from you and your inexperienced staff who do not have no respect for customers and make lies about returns policy. Its almost like it comes out of there wages. Visited 23-10-22 time was 11 am

   I can enjoy the abundance of goods, a large selection. Prices are good, often promotions. But I was disappointed with the service. I needed to buy shoes for work. Downstairs I asked where I could find it, the consultant sent me not to that upstairs. After two additional consultations, I found a right floor, but not shoes. Then I asked the consultant where I could find the shoes, he sent me in the wrong direction again. Going to the checkout, I started asking where I can to find shoes? He started ask me a lot of things, then I asked to show what they have, I can choose myself. After a long search I found the one I needed. Conclusion: shoe search took 25 minutes. purchase 5 min. A pointless waste of time.
