Ordered a Hotterdog for our spaniel which arrived quickly. Unfortunately the dog was very unhappy when we tried to fit it. Contacted Woofie Love and they were great and said we could return it no problem. Nice people to deal with.
Extremely good customer service with regular update communication about my order and very quick delivery. Camille very pleasant and helpful and has an excellent range of quality dog beds at very reasonable prices. Excellent all round experience in spite of this family business being 2/3rds incapacitated with Covid!

I placed an order for a dog bed a week ago and have heard nothing from Woofielove. I emailed them yesterday to find out if the item had been dispatched and have not received a reply. This is my first order and I am not at all impressed with their level of Customer Service.
