One the the best coffee shops/restaurants in Banbridge. They have a fantastic selection of stuff and their coffees are really delicious and well made. There is a carpark to the back of the building with a slip road to walk down to the Cafe. I really loved their Rubarb Tart and Coconut Cappuccino.

Best avoided if coeliac. Chef seemed to be trying very hard to accommodate my son but waiter ?? Owner made it a very unpleasant experience. I’ve eaten here before and knew it had gluten free options as I’d asked last time so thought I’d bring my mum and kids for lunch when shopping. One of my children is coeliac so we do have to be careful. Turns out they do have gluten free burger baps and other things available but their menu is “low gluten”. Chef did cook burger separate, toasted GF bun separate which we had agreed. The chips were to be left off the order as they are cooked with gluten containing products. Then chips appeared with the burger and when I checked they said the oil had been changed earlier and all was done correctly. Pretty much contradicting what the waiter/owner had said would be available. Every conversation with him felt confrontational and difficult. I’ve eaten lots of places since my son’s coeliac diagnosis and have been so impressed by so many. This has been the hardest yet. My son did say his burger and fries were really good and all our food was very good so the potential is there but I honestly could not recommend.

No surprise this place has won multiple Taste of Ulster awards. Went for breakfast and man alive the quality and taste was superb. The service and attention to detail first class.

We just visited Cafe Marmalade today and as usual it was a delightful experience. Staff are so friendly and nothing is a bother. Marmalade well worth a visit. Beware you might have a short wait as it is so popular.

We had to queue for 10 minutes. But was worth it. Friendly, courteous staff, great bistro menu. Coffee and food were excellent. My party of 4 loved everything they ordered. From French toast, to prawns with asparagus, to smashed avo on toast and Chicken Caesar. Highly recommended.

Becoming a regular for us for its fresh scones/cream and great coffee. Can be busy with local people but that says it better than words on how good it is. Some seating outside with overhead protection which is good for dog friendly visits and when the sun shines in during the morning.

Had a yummy breakfast here, highly recommend. The porridge had tasty topping options - rhubarb and ginger for example which is what I chose. Great presentation of the food served on lovely crockery, comfortable atmosphere inside, friendly staff.
