The staff are great. The building and interior could do with a good cleaning and painting. Plus, the seating has seen better days. Toilets without toilet roll and again could do with a deep clean.
*NOTE: THIS REVIEW WAS NOT WRITTEN BY ME BUT BY THE DAUGHTER IN MY FAMILY* Had the most DREADFUL time at Costa yesterday! Place was packed and my dad got a hot chocolate but I decided to only get a chocolate bar. Expensive! Had to get some Christmas stuff in Asda as well as Argos so went here by the way! Bathroom was a state, no toilet roll in disabled bathroom usually use that toilet, girl’s bathroom was disgusting, water on bathroom floor, sink was filthy so was the toilet. The toilet roll in the bathroom reminded me of cheap KITCHEN ROLL! The chocolate bar was tasty though. One star since the chocolate bar was nice.
Just had a cortado. Very weak with very little coffee flavour. Also, staff should wash their hands after sneezing into them.
Favourite orders at Costa (regardless of branch) seldom disappoint. My personal Favourite is their carrot cake with a flat white... but just the other day, I tried this twisted choc, cinnamon, custard pastry with a new C'mas flavour 'Sticky Toffee Latte'... was interesting and nice for a change, but my usual is stiol my Favourite.

Great coffee and lovely staff who create a friendly atmosphere. Love coming here, especially for the s’mores cake with cream they have in at the moment!
Worst Costa I've ever been in. Where do I start? Some of the staff are friendly and do their best but there are a few inexperienced people who clearly don't really know how to run and organise a cafe/restaurant. The drinks are hit or miss.. Sometimes OK but often terrible.. The tables are rarely cleaned and there will always be several that have trays and cups on them. On one particular day 12 tables out of 15 or so had rubbish on them.. It was incredible.. I could go on but don't have the time.. If I was the manager of this place I'd be embarrassed.. Worst Costa I've ever visited( and I've been in many.. In UK, Ireland and abroad..)
