i think a shop like this pushing itself as dog friendly is crazy, not everybody likes dogs especially children, ruins the experience in the shop why people cant leave them at home for half hour while they shop is beyond me, but the way this shop actively encourages it has lost my business.

It's alright. The Christmas stuff is good to look at. The aisles are quite narrow which gets wearisome after a while. Leaving feels like being digested as you get squeezed round the bendy queue before finally get plopped out.

The staff are friendly, and it has a huge range of products. We came for the art section and Iceland recently, good prices and quality. We returned this evening, another great experience, and the lady on the till (I think her tag said Betty), was just so lovely and happy... The reason I've upgraded to a 5*

A fairly good, well stocked home wares store, including a cafe with step free access and a garden centre with outdoor products too. There is a good variety of seasonal products on offer too throughout the year at reasonable prices. There is parking on site for free too.

Great value for money . Friendly staff.. A very good selection of products. Anything from A to Z. Furniture , Christmas decorations. Iceland section, craft products, garden section . Loads of different things. I think there are 16 different departments some may be seasonal. Always good deals on some things , cat food , cat litter etc . I spend hours here . Nice little cafe too . With some cakes to die for. Well worth a visit .

perfect place if you need craft supplies , furniture , pet toys , affordable makeup & cleaning supplies . a word of warning though , if you suffer from sensory issues or social anxiety , the aisles are very narrow and theres a ringing of unknown origin in parts of the store ??? it sounds similar to tinnitus and caught me off guard , might want to wear noise-cancelling headphones and see if they help :') its very busy at times so i'd say time your visit carefully , also the staff take smoke breaks outside the store so maybe hold your breath as you're walking in . . .

Went to The Range with my daughter and was pleasantly surprised with all the different things that were on sale. Came out with mostly dog toys and dog combs but will certainly go again.

Excellent store with a huge variety of products on both floor..just the quality of service could be improved..sometimes you can feel some staff just dont want to help you, I mean they do, but it's not proper help if you get what I mean

After coming in today and being spoken to like rubbish I doubt I’ll be going back into the store to be honest. Took a return back with my receipt and card etc so everything should’ve been fine. I walked around the store and got some bits and bobs I also wanted to buy. When I got to the till I was served by a lady with short blonde hair, she did the return but at the end of the transaction she made a sarcastic comment about me walking around the store with the return. And I didn’t understand what she meant at first so I asked what she meant, and she got funny with me and said you’re supposed to leave the return here not walk around with it. And I said but no other store does that and she snapped at me and said well it’s just our store policy. I left feeling really annoyed because nowhere in the store does it say you have to leave it with the customer service desk. And I’ve made countless returns like that before and not once has anyone said anything to me. I had my receipt and it shows the date and time I purchased it, so I don’t understand why she still thought it was appropriate to say anything the way she did. Im certain it’s because I’m a young girl and obviously the range doesn’t trust the younger generation. Disgusting way to speak to customers, especially for someone on the customer service desk.

Popped in to buy some art decor for the bathroom. Found everything we needed so we didn't have to travel far and wide for some simple items. The store was busy and only had 2 tills open which made the queues soon stack up. The guy who served us was polite and friendly and made the wait worthwhile (a young lad who mentioned he had just started as it was his first job). Products where cheap and well made. Made a great addition to my newly decorated bathroom.
