Lady hairdresser new to me just didn't listen and did the worse haircut I have ever had in over 60 years. The kurdush hairdresser across Market Street put it right.
Had a trim yesterday after a mate made a mess of my hair and came here for the first time. Angel was my hairdresser and she was charming and friendly and did an excellent job restoring my hair! Decently priced and a great location. Will be my new salon of choice from now on.

I'm a regular, usually okay, most times I have to use scissors after to tidy up. This time I had asked for a change to hairstyle, ended up with no fade (though I payed for it?) a fringe that now hangs lower on either side and a gap so large between my ear and hair, which is quite noticeable. As usual, there is plenty of extra. Only reason for an extra star is because I did once have a good cut. Last time I'm ever going there.

Ash was fantastic with my 2 year old. It was his first visit to the barbers and they made him feel comfortable and were very patient! Excellent value for money.
I went in and asked for a mid to low skin fade which the man was confident in doing. By the end of the cut he had done a high skin fade also leaving a balled spot. He was also rough during the time there leaving my head with an uncomfortable burning sensation. i would not recommend this place as i was very unhappy and unimpressed.
I have always been one to pick lower prices over quality of haircuts. However Male Concept brings the best of both worlds. Bringing reasonable prices to fantastic hair cuts and excellent staff. Plenty a time have I forgotten to book a haircut and then quite happily came in here and had it done as a walk in. The lack of appointments however does cause some hesitation. I understand this brings in more business, however on busy days the amount of walk ins can be quite overwhelming. This cannot be helped, but just keep in mind that days like Saturday are a no go if your in a rush
