   My husband was on the look out for some aftershave, Valentino born in roma. Superdrug was the cheapest yet this had sold out in all stores we visited. Something my eldest son has asked for, for Christmas, my husband tried boots. A wonderful gentlemen approached my husband to assist, sorry we didn't get a name, asked if he needed any assistance? He asked for the aftershave and stated this was cheaper.... the wonderful gentleman said we do price match, which we both didn't know about and found the smaller size and priced match this. Thank you so much for your help and obviously didn't know this was a thing. Our son will be very happy christmas day and your help and support was marvellous. Very happy all round. Thank you xx

   After a dreadful experience trying to place an order online and being told to wait 72 hours before trying again, I visited the Kempton branch near Bedford to try and purchase the items I required. I spoke with the Assistant Manager, Ben White, who was so helpful and professional in dealing with my complaint, that I would give him 10 stars if I could! With Ben's assistance, I managed to purchase most of the items that I wanted. However Boots need to update their online website inline with other retailers who can resolve ordering problems immediately. WELL DONE Ben, you restored my faith in shopping at Boots again.

   Dropped by the Boots at Interchange Retail Park in Kempston and overall had a really good experience. The store’s clean, well-stocked, and easy to get around. They’ve got everything from everyday essentials to a decent selection of beauty products. The only downside was the wait at the pharmacy – it took quite a while to pick up my prescription, even though it wasn’t that busy. Not the end of the world, but definitely tested my patience a bit. Plenty of free parking right outside, so getting there and back is super convenient. Still giving it 4 out of 5 stars – just losing one because of the long wait at the pharmacy.

   Hi! Usually a well stocked shop, but not today. The young lady who was looking after the tills, was a bit overwhelmed by the situation with the tills getting bust quickly. Still, she did find the time to chat with the guard person while those customers were left unattended. Disappointed today.

   Absolutely shocking. The queue for the pharmacy was unbelievable. The product I wanted was behind this counter and found out other staff can't sell. I walked out in disgust after 35 mins! Get more staff on. I had been in 3 hours earlier which was just as bad. If there was an alternative I would have gone. Now will need to go somewhere else tomorrow

   Messy, untidy shop, shelves were empty. When I did try pay for goods the queue was long due to introduction of all self serve (Barr 1) till. Home bargains next door was a much more pleasant experience!

   The pharmacy never answers their phone lines. If you stood in the prescription line, a snail would get to the front quicker. Still not sure why I use boots for my medication.
