   The actual shop and selection of products was lovely and i bought many things which is where my issues came about. Self service tills are great for people with small shops, but for me who was buying furniture and big items, the bagging area is so small and in my opinion unsuitable that I had to make 3 different transactions? staff seemed confused and unorganised around the tills and they only had small bags around the till area. i had to ask 3 times for a big bag (where they are trying to charge 90p for a paper bag!!) and some of the staff didn’t even know they had them. the till situation ruined my experience and whilst i enjoyed shopping there i won’t be returning.

   This was always an excellent shop for quality good value clothing and homeware but the new version is even better. Increased space and range and plenty of staff to help. No need to be afraid of the new tills, there is plenty of help around. Worth downloading the rewards app so offers are not missed.

   After the Anlaby store was closed for refurbishment, I was excited to go to reopening, but found it very disappointing! Serve yourself tills installed,which was much needed, but only one accepts cash. There doesn't seem to be as much Womens clothing or accessories anymore. Upstairs is homeware & baby clothes & accessories. Went the once , but won't be bothering again.

   Absolutely diabolical! 5pm on a Thursday, currently 41 people in the que and only TWO staff on the tills! Been waiting 20 minutes so far and still only half way there! Dumping our trolley and leaving it! Oh now there is only ONE staff member at the tills! Unbelievable! Best is its not a one off either!

   I used to like this place but I went in today and the prices have gone up so much and if u do find things that u where looking for the que for the tills is are so long and with the tills upstairs been taken away u have no option butvto stand there I was in the queue for over 15 minutes as there was only 2 people at the check out and then they went off for click and collect so u won't be going in that much anymore it wasn't even peack time

   This is the most unorganised store I have been too, always the queues for the til wrap round the store, no till on the first floor so everyone queues at the same point, never a time have I been in here and there has not been a very long queue, I'm sure there used to be tils on the first floor , sort it out Asda!!!

   Excellent store for reasonably priced clothing and home which you don't intend to keep forever. I buy lots of basic clothing for my two year old granddaughter, knowing its only going to last 2 to 3 months before it's too small. This way she has bright attractive play clothes and we can "splash out" on shoes, coats and special occasion clothes elsewhere. The click and collect facility is very quick and effective too.

   Not a great visit - limited selections on school shirts with little available for teenagers (will order online and collect). Changing rooms were closed at 1530 due to shop closing at 16.00 on Sundays (Google states closing time as 16.30). Standard range of no frills - pleasant staff! Hello
