   Boots Rushden Lakes - Daughter spent just under £100, was offered a bag by the woman on the till, accepted - got halfway down the road and the bag split! Don’t sell bags that are unfit for purpose! I returned to the store only to be told she could’ve got a bigger bag! Rude assistant! For the record, it was the members of staff at the till that provided that bag!

   Went here yesterday to buy some 3 for 2 offers. But the selections aren't as good as the previous years. They're smaller and more expensive. I only managed to buy 3 items on Christmas offers. Before, I always managed to buy 9 to 5 Christmas gifts. So disappointed with their selections this year. This store wasn't crowded yesterday. Where as the previous years you cannot squeeze in between aisles. No photos to share. Gifts aren't interesting.

   From speaking to staff at a different local Boots pharmacy, this pharmacy doesn't have an NHS licence or a full time pharmacist so should be considered closed. Atleast publicly post your change in pharmacy opening hours, bit useless when you get there to find it's closed

   It's just a Boots supermarket, especially as the tills are all self service now. The place is nothing like the personal attention you receive from staff at the High Street Boots in Rushden.

   Very disappointing,taken All human cashier's away,ALL self-service.Left my goods and went to superdrug where I was served by a lovely human.I will not be intimidated by robots.Its about choice and social aspect.Wont visit this store again.

   I would say this was quite a small shop compared to the one in Northampton, but it had the 1 item I was looking for so it made me happy. They sell the lunchtime meal deals here as well

   Pharmacist doesn’t seem to have regular break time. I have visited this store 3 times at different time of day and every time the pharmacy counter has been closed with not indication of what time it will reopen. So unreliable for people making trip there for medicines they need. I don’t believe that Boots should call themselves ‘pharmacy’ as its a similar story at all of their stores.
