   I went to Spa Dental Clinic for Invisalign as I wanted to get my teeth straightened and had felt increasingly uncomfortable about my smile. Naz completely put me at my ease with her warm, cheerful positive manner and reassured me throughout the course of treatment. I had great support from Amy and Ashme also. I have to say I am thrilled with the results and have actually left my previous dentist to continue future care with Naz and her team.

   Firstly, I have a very real fear of going to the dentist (child of the 70's...bad experiences, poor dentistry ever since basically, but I do take of my teeth), so I was apprehensive on my first visit to say the least. I have been putting the whole thing off whenever I am not in an emergency! However, I now feel optimistic I have finally found a practice that understands the very real anxiety many of us face. This is a gentle environment, with understanding faces, a knowledgeable and kind team, patient and kind dentists in my experience so far. ..I saw Nazim who was in to cover for my scheduled appointment with Nazia, and I have every faith Nazia will be as gentle and kind. I am very happy! I shall fear a little less. Highly recommended.

   My experience has been wonderful, I’m quite nervous about having treatment but my experience has been very positive. Naz and her team are very understanding and supportive. They never rush me and give me time to have a break if needed. Very professional and helpful reception staff also .

   I am terrified if dentists when i arrived i had not been for 15 years and had to be taken by my husband my fear is real and that was recognised. I have now had 5 appointments and last two i have attended without support. Fear not gone but the patience and care from all the staff is exceptional

   I originally booked in for the airflow treatment offer. When I arrived, the place was clean and welcoming and the staff were super friendly. After my first appointment, I was told that I had a small filling in between my molars (which I knew about from my dentist back in London, but forgot all about as it caused me no issues). I was told the airflow couldn't be done until I had the cavity fixed so I made another appointment. I returned for the composite filling. After getting anaesthetic, the airflow treatment was applied. The left side that was numbed was fine, the right side was excruciating and felt like cold water was being jetted through my teeth, it lasted for only 30 seconds thankfully. After the filling I was told that there may be some sensitivity but that it would go. I entered my appointment at 2pm and was back in my car by 2:25. It has been 3 weeks since the filling and I'm still in pain. Hot and cold food or liquid just leaves my jaw aching. I cant help thinking it would be a better practice if dentist took a little more time with each client and less haste.
