   A small vets compared to my previous one although I have been twice now and they have been very friendly, I was seen quickly even though I was early and I feel like the advice that we were given was honest whilst my previous vets seemed more about making money rather than care of pets. Very happy at the moment

   Such a good vets practice, always fits us in if we have an emergency. I tend to always see the same vets this is my preference both Bob and Sonia are amazing and know all my pets well. Have no problem re ordering meds and the pet app works a treat to make contact if I am busy. Reception are always polite and keen to help .

   Although they were really busy, they found our cat an appointment and even were able to change it (the benefit of having more than one surgery in Milton Keynes), when our cat went AWOL, just before we needed to get him in his cat box for the original appointment. I’m sure this isn’t the first time that’s happened. The vet was very thorough and our cat is well on the way to recovering from being attacked by another animal.

   Genuinely caring, lovely people. You never get the feeling it's about money - from receptionists, to nurses, to vets, they take a real interest in the animals in their care and see them as individuals. They also have an excellent hospital and a lot of very highly experienced vets. I'd never consider taking my pets elsewhere and I've been with them since the mid-80s.
