   Called up to make sure they had stock before leaving to collect, when I arrived at the office I was told to go ask over in the yard, after going to one yard, was then told to go over to another department, they then told me to go to another unit, then they told me to go to another department (the original one) then got told they don’t have the stock wood that I called up for. Will not be using this company again , all the guys working there were just messing around in the yard and everyone just fobbed you off to the next guy.

   I have just ...... eventually..... taken delivary of an order of shingle. A.M. delivary as was specifically requested and agreed. It did not appear, so at 10.00 a.m. I queried telephonically as to when it would arrive. I was told it would arrive at mid-day. It eventually arrived at 14.00, delivered by a very rude driver. I have a narrow shared drive and he failed to understand that my neighbour needed access. He created such problems as to where the two bags of shingle should be left. He saw me as "a brainless little old lady" and treated me accordingly! He was extremely rude. I am most disappointed with the service you have provided, by the attitude of the staff. Not only will I not be recommending you I will actively recommending that people do not use you. You only got the one star because you did eventually deliver the goods as ordered.
