Plenty of parking immediately close to the store. Staff were exceptionally caring, giving time and advice when required. Not pushy at all. Supplied waiting driver with coffee and biscuits also offering use of the toilet if needed, could not be more helpful.
Do not recommend. The show room looks great and the designers are clearly talented. However the number of quality issues we have faced with our kitchen ( installed in August) is extremely disappointing: more than 7 broken units on delivery - some that we could see immediately other that we only noticed when opening the boxes . This does not bode well for the durability of the kitchen . Additionally entire units missing, wall fixings missing, hinges ect which caused much delays in the install of the kitchen. Edit to reply to magnets comment: we already have been in touch with your customer service hence the comment on it being very poor and rude. This review was written after trying to resolve our many issues, which failed. The quality isn't there, and the after sale service is appalling, not at all interested in the issue. I dread the day we will need to claim the warranty. I regret buying our kitchen from Magnet.
Visited today and found the staff helpful but not intrusive. There was a chef demonstrating appliances who was very engaging and knowledgeable. A truly exceptional customer experience.
Let's start saying that kitchens (in general, not just at Magnet) are expensive! Past this shock though Magnet Portsmouth has been absolutely fantastic with us. They went above and beyond to support us. They are very patient and they have been very helpful during the stressful time we had during the extension build and new kitchen fit. They have been spending a lot of time answering all our questions via email and we really appreciated all the support they gave. We had a terribly stressful time during the building of our extension but Magnet staff helped us relieve it many times.
I have just had a kitchen from magnets , and I have nothing but praise for this Portsmouth branch , from the first initial consultation to the end result magnets have been brilliant, any problems are dealt with straight away although minor, I was treated like a member of their family with them phoning every other day just to make sure things were going smoothly, I would like a special thanks to go out to JP,Delia and Jon , I would recommend this branch in Portsmouth for going above and beyond and would use them again in a heartbeat
