My review is about the service quality. As the mattress is too early to review, I can only say a big thank you to Timi, the sales advisor who had helped me. She was above and beyond! Nice, kind, polite and professional. I wish everyone such a enjoyable experience like me and my partner had with her. Thank you Timi, you’re great!
The staff were very friendly and helpful, able to offer advice when needed. They were able to answer all the questions we had and walked us through the whole process of choosing the best bed for my individual preferences. Highly recommended.
I went to dreams in Portsmouth today to buy a new mattress, the salesman Mo was incredibly helpful and didn't pressure me at all. The service was great, I am very happy with my purchase, he even helped me to my car with the bedding I got Inc in the price. While a decent mattress can be expensive, it's worth it for the years of comfort especially if you have back pain or any pain condition
Just purchased a beautiful bed with base, headboard and pillows. The service was absolutely excellent from Naomi the Manager. Nothing was too much trouble to make sure that we had the correct bed for our needs. Great old fashioned customer service - definitely recommend this Store in Portsmouth. I visited the store yesterday with my sister and Keith welcomed us. He grabbed a pillow and showed me which mattress to try. He was super helpful in what I needed. He was also nice chatty friendly and knew his stuff. I was due to visit back to try the matters with my partner and then purchase but as we was out in another town we brought the mattress Keith showed me first. The mattress was on office saving over £300. I would like to thank Keith for all his help.

Fantastic service through the purchase and then a mistake very swiftly rectified by the delivery men today. I almost kept a cheaper mattress but the delivery men realised the error and came back with the right one. Thank you Dreams.
