My disabled friend bought a washing machine from these people, she now has a machine full of wer washing that won't spin. They promised to send someone out but he never turned up. She phoned but they cut her off. Thesr people are completely unreliable.
Their staff are easy to talk to and so professional!! I bought a brand new teknix 9/6 washer/dryer machine for just 399 gbp. It is far cheaper on their store than online!! And included are 2 years manufacturer warranty and after the warranty has ended I was told they can help if there will be issues,Free delivery. installation and recycling for a good price!!! I hope for more customers to go to this local appliance centre in Pompey!!
I use them for my Southsea caravans laundry equipment, always a good service, they have a good range of machines from pre used to new. If you have an issue they are happy to show you if minor for self fix or come round to take the machine back to there work shop (pre used)
Absolutely terrible service, I would recommend anyone to avoid them. Read through the review before doing business with them. We wanted to get our dishwasher repaired, they told us it would be done within two days & we would have to pre-pay for ordering the part. After many failed calls, we finally got a hold of them a month later and they said they would order the part. After a few days of no update, we then are told it would take 15 business days for the part to be delivered (from the original 2 days). We then wanted to cancel everything because we wanted to have a working dishwasher, as a response we they got quite unfriendly at the phone and were unwilling to refund any money. Now we've spent 50£, never received the part, had an extremely bad experience. The excuse for not being available/never coming back was that 'the phone wasn't reachable', but that didn't stop them from texting us payment details or emailing invoices... DEFINITELY AVOID THEM AT ALL COST. We then went to Home Appliance Repairs in Gosport who sent someone the next morning at 9am who fixed it within 10 minutes. Take your business there or anywhere else but here.
