Similar to many of their pods All good but pots on table when I wanted to sit That was worse cause there is no where obvious to put dirty pots But other than that no issues
Morning staff, 11/11 5:30 Taste wise, no complaints. But would have been nice if you sent out your first order of the day with uber eats in a non leaking cup. Just sad to see my coffee breaking free like that. Also, no white sugar sent :(
Was sat enjoying a drink when staff came along and said they were closing (about two hours before advertised closing time). Not even the courtesy to mention it when I ordered my drink. Need to learn how to treat customers with respect ... not even a 5-10 minute warning, just a quick please leave now as we are closing. You're lucky to get two stars to be honest!
A costa is a costa! But I’ve always found this one relatively relaxing because it’s bright, spacious and not in a town centre.
I visited this costa and found the restaurant was very untidy, there were plenty of tables available however none were clean all were full of pots. My wife cleared the table whilst I was in the queue, I stood 20 mins before being served. There was a girl filling the cakes up the whole time I was in the queue maybe her time would have been better spent clearing the tables. When I got my drink I then waited at the counter for food and our drinks were cold, not the best costa I've been to, maybe more staff are needed to make it a more pleasant experience.
Popped in for a coffee and cake but although it was only just after 1pm there wasn't a great selection of cake to choose from. Coffee is always lovely and girls serving were friendly. Only a few customers in at that time.
A place I frequent to meet friends, for a catch up. The atmosphere is relaxing, once you get sat, you don't want to leave. Can easily spend hours in there, the drinks are lovely.
I've been using this Costa on and off since the store opened. Early days the store ran well,always open on time and very polite staff, however now days your lucky if you can get a drink from the place either everyone is I'll or machines are broke or a problem with the tills and or no syrup and milk . It seems there is always an issue with this store and because of that you often see more customer move to Starbucks down the road from your store which is always open and always consistent. One or two members of staff at your Clough road branch do try there best to please customer but I think a big shake up is needed at this place
