   As someone with multiple allergies, this branch is one where I feel safe and can relax. The care the staff take in making sure that my order is safe for me goes above and beyond. I can't comment on the food as Costa (as a chain) only makes a flapjack that is safe for me to eat. It would be lovely if I could eat here, too.

   I visited Costa yesterday with my daughter and was very disappointed. A staff member mocked my pronunciation of a drink name in a rude, sarcastic way. She was also unkind to a colleague from a different background. Very unprofessional behavior. I hope Costa trains staff to respect cultural differences. I won’t be visiting again.

   Myself and my daughter visited this morning for a catch up with two friends and I was shocked by how rude and unprofessional the staff were. I appreciate it was busy but there were plenty of staff around and if they are stressed by the prospect of making coffees for customers then perhaps a job in a coffee shop isn’t the right job for them. The lady that took our order was clearly not happy to be there and a tall man with curly hair who appeared to be emptying rubbish made a nasty remark to my friend as we were leaving. He obviously thought she was in his way and not moving quickly enough for his liking. I thought coffee shops were supposed to be relaxing places to chill out? To top it all off it cost me a tenner for a drink and a tiny cake, save your money and go to one of the local independent places less than a 2 minute walk away where I’m sure they will appreciate your custom. I certainly won’t be going back in a rush

   the woman serving was very rude , she had an ugly smile and yellow blonde hair. my dad has brain issues & he didn't know how to use his costa card on the machine, she said "other way OTHER WAY . OTHER WAY !" my dad isn't a rude person & i find that absolutely disgusting of her. she didn't ask what size drinks we wanted and gave us all large. it's just cheeky!

   Boxes of food left on the floor in front of the fridge, the woman serving me had blue gloves on but kept wiping her running nose on them which left her glove all wet, and she continued to serve food and drinks, the other girl working there just seems completely lost, doesn’t seem to take charge and looks confused. Very disorganised, needs management!!!! Pots left all over the floor to the side of the counter stand. Other member of staff was upstairs apparently. What’s the point in wearing gloves if you’re going cross contaminate also mixing the milk jugs, wasn’t a one for dairy free milk.
