Yeah, this has to get 5 stars just for the food alone. The cheese toastie was one of the best I've ever had. Nice and friendly and a play park for the kids (weather permitting)

Lovely coffee and cake with the benefit of being next to horses and ponies

Fabulous little cafe. I popped in whilst doing the Mischief of Rats Sculpture Trail, having received a recommendation from a fellow Sculpture Trail hunter. I wasn't disappointed the food was superb. A good range of food and drinks on the menu, plenty of cakes to choose from and very helpful staff. I opted for Earl Grey Tea and a bacon and sausage sandwich. Parking is a but it's probably easier to park on the street and walk the short distance to the café. There were lots of young families and groups of older adults alike all having fun or a good natter. It's a short walk to the River Humber for views of the Humber Bridge, too. Toilet facilities available. If I were in the area again, I would definitely go back.

Food is great, coffee is great, staff are great. What more can I say? This is a great wee cafe situated on a lovely walk on the Humber. Good parking. Child and dog friendly. Bonus points for dog treats and a North Ferri-Bee seed and plant swap. Awesome idea! This is a kind, warm place which I hope to return to soon.

Having walked from Hessle to North Ferriby along the riverside my wife & I stopped at this cafe for a coffee. This was our second visit, the first was about a year ago. We received a warm greeting from the young ladies in the cafe who took our order, 2 lattes which were served quite quickly. Oh dear, the coffee was awful, hot but very weak. It had no taste. The premises were not at all clean, leaving a lot to be desired. The toilets were the same despite a notice on the wall saying they were inspected on a regular basis, not so as the list had never been completed. We shall not be using this cafe again.

A very lovely visit yesterday - the drinks we got were lovely with a good variety to choose from. It is beautifully decorated and very child friendly. John was friendly and helpful. Nice view of the donkeys nearby

What an excellent place for a cafe, the food is excellent and the service second to none. Prices are very reasonable, great to sit inside or outside. Meet new people too.

Great place for a coffee and a bite to eat before or after a walk along the Humber. Staff were very friendly and service was quick even though it was busy. Added bonus was the horses and donkeys at the Disabled Riding Centre next door.
