Often too busy to serve efficiently band tables whilst free are always in need of clearing. Unfortunately not somewhere to visit if time urgent
As always, good varied assortment of hand crafted drinks available, pleasant surroundings with good service. Always a treat to sit and enjoy good coffee whilst meeting friends. New drinks added on a regular basis giving that extra choice. What let's down these outlets is the breakdown of the dishwashers, it's not the same drinking out of takeaway cups, spoils the enjoyment altogether, perhaps they should install two dishwashers or have a better repair service.
Staff were the most arrogant and unhelpful people i have ever met. Servive was a disgrace as was staff attitude
The staff on Thursday 31st 11am were so overworked. They remained pleasant and calm giving excellent service. I was quite frustrated as the queue took forever. Need more staff
Popped in to ask if they do any cold drinks, was told no just the pre-bottles orange juice at £2.50. Looked online at the menu to see they do still lemonade and a variety of different coolers. Think you need to train your staff.

35 minutes til closing and you can't sit down as everywhere mopped up and soaking floor and wasn't allowed to order a cold drink as they where shutting too soon? Absolutely ridiculous needs sorting out, would give 0 if possible.
Excellent coffee, staff member was working on her own but did really well taking multiple peoples orders and was very friendly. Fast service and nice staff!
The electronic menu screen is a nightmare now, as is the covid screen. Can't see what you want cos the menu keeps changing, had to help an elderly couple. Then cos the covid screen is so big, the order was wrong. Costa pick up your game
Long wait to get served. The toasties we had were awful. I honestly thought they had forgotten to put a filling in as they were so flat. Supposed to be beans and cheese but you couldn't tell . Not a great selection of cakes. Definitely won't be going again.
