Where to start. Order placed. Confirmed AM delivery over the phone. Called to confirm time in the AM. Delayed delivery to First drop after lunch about 13:30. Received text at 14:00 advising delivery due between 13:00-15:00. Call from driver at 15:50. Confirming I didn’t want the delivery. This is not the first time either. Coomers in Bordon to the rescue.

Absolutely disgusted with the service or lack of from petersfield tp! Ordered a month in advance with no issues only for half our order to be missing, promised delivery 3 different times each time NO ITEMS! told our stuff was in when it wasn't! Total waste of money and time
It's a builders merchant I hear you say? What's to review? Well, as a builder, there is plenty that can cause aggro when visiting a merchant. Travis at petersfield gets it pretty much bang on. Yard service is excellent, health and safety in place and adhered to well. Good drinks machine (an essential sadly missing in so many other merchants), counter staff are all equally excellent, especially Ben. Discounts offered even if you don't have a full credit account, overall very good.
