   Popped in for milk and a usual ended up half filling a trolley but it was all things I remembered I need. I like the way the veg area is layed out not seen it in any other Lidl. Layed out in a square so when you walk on to the area you can see where everything is. It also seems to help reduce noise I think. Free parking at rear of the store.

   On arrival yesterday there was an older dog tied up by the entrance and howling a little while it's owner was inside, the security chap sat with the old dog and comforted it until the owner arrived back. The staff work hard in this store and although often rushed, they do a great job. Thank you for your service in our community

   Always a good selection of products. Staff should engage more with the customers, polite conversation goes a long way. Just visited again today 22nd April 22nd and the cashier was very engaging polite and swift. Store was empty looked like the locusts had been in , but that's a good sign really as the store is popular.

   When we arrived at 1155 there was one staff member on the tills with about 20 customers all waiting to be served !! Time we got to the till the store manager was called to tills to start serving . We had 3 items in our basket and took 10 minutes to get through the tills . I asked why theres no staff on the rest of the checkouts he said 1 more member staff should of been in but wasn't. My point is 1 staff 1 manager is not enough on a Saturday or any other day Lidl you need to sort this very disappointed that's why only one star but I wanted no stars for my review

   Some fantastic prices. If you want to have a chat with the cashier whilst (s)he packs your bags, then this is not the place for you. On the other hand, efficient shoppers should love this place. Place your shopping (once scanned) straight back into your trolley. Then pack at your leisure at the counter provided. When working well, you'll be amazed at how much shopping is processed and how quickly.

   As a rule the staff are very friendly helpful and the product range is more than adequate. Unfortunately this is the third time I have spoken to a senior member of staff with a beard and he has been less than polite and I almost expected him to TUT at me with the attitude he displayed. Perhaps a course in customer service would be a good idea.
