   Hi Tesco at Gunwharf Quays I would like to tell you that your staff are the most lovley friendly people I have ever met. I live in Gunwharf Quays and your staff members Scott and Jade are so lovley and friendly staff I have ever met. I have been going through a horrid time with my son Mark who has cancer & lives in Chicago USA and they always ask how he is doing and they are so thoughtful to ask after my son. I just want your company to know how much that means to myself and my family members. Thank you Tesco for your amazing staff they make my day's positive and so much happier. Xoxo ❤️

   Mum just arrived from Spain, had no phone service whatsoever, was meant to be meeting me, but couldn't communicate, the fantastic staff here were absolute saints, letting my mum borrow a phone to establish contact, we will be eternally grateful, keep up the great work!!!

   Wonderful, caring staff here. I went in today to get my 4 year old son something to eat for lunch; he said he felt ill when we were there and was suddenly sick on the floor in an aisle. A male member of staff was right next to us and was so kind to my son- he kept asking if he was OK and fetched some tissue for him. Then a female member of staff came to help, gave my son some water and was just as kind to him, telling him not to worry and just generally being lovely to him. Hopefully they see this but I will also try to contact Tesco direct as we really thought these colleagues did the company proud.

   Was lambasted by the woman cashier this afternoon for not using the self scan machines and going to her at the till. This despite three of these machines being off or not working. Felt the need to explain myself despite it being her job to serve me, terrible customer service.

   I haven't faced the staff who keeps yelling till now, but yes they're stock is always on stuff. I understand it's a Tesco express & variation of collection is suppose to be small or short, but at least keep the stock up or re-stock quickly. As far as customer service or staff behavior goes, I haven't had any negative experiences till now. But yes, I've had those racist guards who walk around & followed me think I was there to steal. Your job is suppose to be to secure or protect, but not do so by racially profiling people.

   Woman at the door was very rude (young Asian lady) Didn’t allow us to enter (family of 3) the store as “only 1 person was allowed in” 2 minutes later allowed another family of 3 (white family) to enter the store. I have no problem with the rule however same policy should apply to all. Very disappointed
