The Grafton is a two roomed pub in the heart of the local community. It was built after World War II bomb damage. A very friendly landlord and staff. There is a good range of beer, larger and cider, but no cask conditioned real ales. There is a pool table and an outdoor seating area and a customer car park.

Great boozer off the main streets of newland ave and Beverley road. Great selection of drinks, lovely staff behind the bar for a bit of banter and chat. Also excellent for quizzes and pub games, including poker nights.
Cheap beer; free pool. 10/10, would form the Housemartins again.
It was my local between 1983 and 1996. Had some great times, and is part of music history.
What a great pub for pool and a pint.
This was my dad's local so I took my daughter in for a pint, enede up staying all night, what a wonderful place this is, brilliant friendly staff, can see this becoming my local.
