    The majority of staff were helpful during my first shopping trip here. However, the older grey haired female staff on the fragrance counter busied herself literally doing nothing and refused to serve those waiting to pay, as she said "This counter is only for fragrances," despite the long snaking queues in store. However, her younger male colleague noticed the long queue and jumped on the tills behind the very fragrance counter on to help. While again, she busied herself doing plenty of nothing - ridiculous.

    Went in to get ears pierced and the piercing girl was really rude obviously didn’t want to do the piercing, she was awkward about it being near her break and instead of asking us to come back later she made it seem like it was our problem that we had come in when she was going on her break and that she wasn’t willing to do it even though she had already told us there was room and another member of staff had approached us and told us that there was availability

    Customer service in here is usally pretty good majority of the time but not yesterday. I popped to buy a few things. Went to the checkout to pay and got served by one of your cashiers who was quite rude to me. I had to ask her politely several times to scan the lip balm I purchased as it wasn’t done. When she finally noticed, it was chucked in my bag and I just overall didn’t like how she was being around me while I was being served. I think that some of your staff need to be retrained on customer service and treating customers with respect.

    Recent visits have been great! Want to thank Savannah for being approachable answering my many questions! She was friendly and helped me pick a few tanning and makeup products. Staff by the till are always friendly too :)

    I recommend the shop.Very helpful staff, the girls are very nice. A large selection of products, very affordable prices and offers of the day or week. Loyalty card, well done collecting benefits, they accept the employee's NSH card (don't you think from the NHS blue card they don't accept it).

    I normally like going superdrug, but Northampton I found today was awful. The person on the till had no customer skills whatsoever. Didn't smile or say hello she spoke to someone through a headset. Didn't ask me whether I had a beauty card- told me to wait while she spoke again through headset. I then repeated I want to use my beauty card. Then I got I'm tired and it's end of week. Im sorry but that's not good, I won't be returning as the prices have shot up. There was one lady who helped me with a question I had and she couldn't help me enough. Needs to be training on the tills great people with a smile it really doesn't hurt, that can cause people go elsewhere

    Superdrug Pharmacy - I collect a repeat prescription for my dog every 3 months from here and considering the sheer volume/constant high demand from customers, the staff (especially Malka) are extremely professionally and always put on a smile. Keep up the good work and Merry Christmas!

I asked staff to recommend me something and Renu was very helpful, she picked a completely different perfume but I love it and now it's my favourite one so I would like to thank Renu very much.
